Neal helped a woman with severe panic disorder & agoraphobia get started in her recovery, with just a couple of phone sessions.  She is the mother of five young children.

A couple of weeks later, Neal received an envelope that was addressed with a child’s handwriting.  On the reverse side of the envelope, the mother had written:  “Neal – kids would not let me see what they sent you.” 

When Neal opened the envelope, he found five crumpled one-dollar bills and the letter that follows…
